Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced leader to oversee the development and performance of field sales specialist programs including Sales Associates, Surgical Preference, and Renewal. You will staff and direct teams, driving profitability and growth aligned with company vision and values.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or business development, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 50%. MBA is preferred for advancement in the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience presenting to senior management and coordinating trainings.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and prioritize assignments with sales force for product conversions and implementations.
• Schedule, track and communicate clinical projects to the sales management team and appropriate functional groups; mentor program leaders.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the programs and create a bench for future Sales Organization career path.
• Create and collaborate with senior management on the development of training and structure of the field sales support programs.
