Ladders is seeking a Director of Field Reimbursement to lead strategy and execution across payer environments in the U.S. You will manage a field-based team, align cross-functional efforts with market access objectives, and optimize provider support to improve patient access.

The role requires deep reimbursement knowledge, strategic direction, and hands-on leadership to drive high-priority cases and ensure compliant, rigorous operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–10+ years in biotech or pharmaceutical industry focusing on reimbursement or market access.
• Proven experience leading and developing field-based reimbursement teams.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer environments, including commercial and government plans.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and patient services hubs.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Field Reimbursement (FRM) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead field reimbursement strategy and execution in support of access for patients and providers across complex payer environments. You will partner closely with market access, patient services, specialty pharmacy, and cross-functional stakeholders to remove reimbursement barriers while maintaining compliance and operational rigor. The position also involves leading, coaching, and developing a field-based team to ensure strong provider support and consistent performance across priority cases.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
