Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking a Director of Field Operations in Irving, TX to lead enterprise-wide process governance and continuous improvement across field operations and technical service. This role standardizes controls and drives safe, efficient execution across all territories.

Responsibilities include implementing governance, cross-functional design, and performance measurement to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and overall operational performance. Occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in field operations, technical service or multi-site operations.
• Experience standardizing processes across dispersed teams (SOPs, SWIs, work orders).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, or PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern field operations standards including SOPs and governance.
• Maintain process documentation and adoption tools for consistent execution.
• Identify process variation and benchmark best practices.
• Monitor performance, queue accuracy, backlog aging, service windows, and escalations.
• Facilitate cross-functional process design with Operations, Customer Care, Logistics, Asset Management, Procurement, HSSE, Finance, IT, HR, and leadership teams.
• Develop scorecards and drive continuous improvement to safety, reliability, and productivity.
