Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Director of Operations to provide operational oversight and support across multiple offices in various states including New York and Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will manage Dispatch, Workload Management, and Inventory Management while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position requires a strong background in workforce management within the home services industry and collaboration with finance teams. The role offers a competitive starting salary and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing workforce productivity and customer service in highly competitive home services industries.
• Direct experience with Salesforce or other workforce management & route optimization systems.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing service-based field organizations in a union environment, preferably within HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and support of multiple offices in various states.
• Manage Dispatch, Workload Management, and Inventory Management.
• Develop and monitor the budget in collaboration with Corporate Finance.
• Ensure proper allocation and deployment of field workforce to achieve objectives.
