Qualifications
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or field-based roles within biotech/pharma.
- Strong ability to translate complex scientific data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven capability to coach, develop, and lead field-based teams and individuals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of MSLs.
- Translate medical strategy into executable field plans and territory strategies.
- Maintain direct relationships with national and regional KOLs, investigators, and thought leaders.
- Oversee field insights collection and communication to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
- Ensure field activities comply with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
