Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking a field-based Senior Medical Science Liaison to support Medical Affairs activities for ulixacaltimide during prelaunch and potential launch.

This role emphasizes scientific engagement with neurology stakeholders and leadership within the MSL team. You will build partnerships with investigators and key opinion leaders, translate medical strategy into field execution, and drive clinical readiness across academic and community settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required and clinical/scientific credibility demonstrated.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or field-based roles in biotech/pharma.
• Proven track record in pre-launch and launch activities with field-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate medical strategy into executable field plans aligned with pre-launch and launch priorities.
• Lead advisory boards, congress interactions, and complex clinical discussions with KOLs.
• Synthesize field insights and collaborate with Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access.
