Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs.
• Train new hires, set the tone for shifts, and serve as a role model.
• Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and handle key holder duties.
• Count drawers and finalize daily operations.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
