Directions for Living seeks a Director of Reunification and Support Services to provide operational, administrative, and programmatic oversight within the Families First Division. The role leads program supervisors, ensures high-quality service delivery, and drives outcomes across in-home and community-based services for at-risk children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related area from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory / management experience and at least 4 years providing direct services to families, preferably intensive in-home services.
• Licensed mental health and Certified Addiction Professional preferred.
• CWCMS certification preferred.
• TCM supervisor, and Wraparound coach certifications are required to be maintained or achieved within 1 year of hire.
• Previous child welfare experience is preferred.
• Must be Medicaid eligible as a supervisor for billing.
• Must become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator in High Fidelity Wraparound and become certified as a Wraparound Facilitator and Coach within 3 months of employment. Preference will be given to individuals who are currently certified as Wraparound Facilitator/Wraparound Coach.

Responsabilités

• The Director oversees the operational, administrative, and programmatic oversight of Reunification and Support Services within the Families First Division.
• Provides leadership to program supervisors and is accountable for ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of program outcomes.
• Ensures fidelity to evidence-based practices, regulatory and contractual compliance, and effective utilization of resources and funding.
• Promotes continuous quality improvement across all assigned programs and aligns with the agency's strategic priorities.
• Collaborates with agency leadership, child welfare organizations, community agencies, referral partners, and other stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and outcomes.
• Ensures annual client-facing, client care service requirements are achieved and maintained.

Formation

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

2 years supervisory/management experience

4 years direct services to families

Licensed mental health professional

Certified Addiction Professional

CWCMS certification

TCM supervisor

Wraparound Coach certification
