Job summary

Pairs is a vetted private capital network connecting breakout founders with family offices, VCs, and strategic investors. As the head of a small IR team, you’ll coach, hire, and drive results for five associates while reporting to the founders.

Based in the United States and fully remote, you will develop senior relationships, expand into new regions, and monitor weekly numbers to maintain deal quality. The role offers US$200K-300K total compensation and direct access to the founders.
