Omega Management Group seeks a Director of Facility Services to lead the facilities team, ensuring safe, efficient building operations for our commercial, retail, office tenants and associates. You will drive service excellence with a people-first mindset and uphold our culture of doing it right the first time.

As a servant leader, you will develop teams, coach staff, and make principled decisions that optimize asset performance and financial health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in facility services or a related industry.
• Proven supervisory and scheduling experience.
• Master license in electrical, plumbing, or other building trades preferred.
• Universal EPA refrigerant handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Facility Services Department, using safe, efficient, and high-quality building operations.
• Support and serve our commercial, retail, office tenants and associates with professionalism and care.
• Direct, coach, and develop facility services staff through clear expectations, accountability and encouragement.
• Ensure reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Make prudent, value-based decisions that support financial health and long term asset performance.
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems, anticipate needs, and improve service delivery.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and our culture of "doing it right the first time"
