Job summary

Emerus seeks a System Director, Facilities, Security & Asset Management to oversee Environment of Care, safety, regulatory compliance, facilities operations and asset lifecycle across Emerus facilities.

You will lead vendor governance with JLL, ensure OSHA, NFPA, CMS/DNV standards, and support capital planning, risk management and enterprise safety initiatives while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years management in safety or environment of care preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA/CMS and hospital safety standards required.
• Experience in healthcare environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety across the system.
• Lead safety programs and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Oversee facilities operations, vendor governance, and asset management.
• Coordinate with market leaders on emergency preparedness and drills.
• Monitor KPI and audit results; drive continuous improvement.
