Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC is seeking an RN Manager Med Surg to lead daily unit operations and staffing. You will oversee nursing care delivery, ensure adherence to policies, and drive quality outcomes in alignment with facility goals.

The ideal candidate has BSN preferred (or ADN/RN Diploma), 1+ years of supervisory experience, 3+ years acute care nursing, and active RN licensure with BLS. This role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN preferred, Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required; 3+ years of acute care nursing required
• License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required; BLS required

Job Summary And Qualifications
