The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience in accounting and a strong background in SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP. Responsibilities include preparing detailed financial reports and disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong background in SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and/or public company reporting.
• Hands-on experience preparing Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to draft clear disclosures.
