Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with third‑party manufacturing and process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers supporting third‑party manufacturing partners through development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Drive process characterization and validation activities under design controls.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, line extensions and product transfers.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory and other departments to meet quality, cost and supply targets.
