Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an experienced project management leader to drive external innovation activities, including due diligence evaluations for potential in-licensing or partnerships. You will develop integrated development plans, timelines, budgets, and tools to standardize the due diligence process across functions.

The role partners with Search & Evaluation teams to ensure on-time, high-quality assessments and supports decision-making for portfolio growth and strategic alliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science required; PhD preferred.
• 12+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional project teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, with quality.
• Experience orchestrating due diligence across scientific, clinical, CMC, regulatory, IP, and commercial domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the DD toolkit, templates, and knowledge management.
• Partner with Search lead to manage due diligence assessments of external opportunities.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Ensure timely completion of scientific, clinical, regulatory, IP, legal, and commercial evaluations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and elevate issues to leadership as needed.
