Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in pharmaceutical science or equivalent with extensive R&D experience.
- Strong leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions.
- Experience in BD&L / EI or related external innovation areas preferred.
- Excellent presentation skills for senior management and investment discussions.
Responsibilities
- Drive external innovations and evaluate biotech/biopharma partnerships.
- Lead initial assessments and due diligence documentation for Investment Board.
- Define CM+F&E external innovation strategy with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain an external network with biotech/pharma/VC partners.
- Mentor talents and lead multi-functional assessment teams to generate IAs.
