Ladders is seeking a Director, Exposure Operations to lead the exposure management operating model within a Finance & Insurance leader.

You will guide intake, prioritization, tracking, and closure of security findings, building scalable processes for improved risk visibility and remediation accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security operations.
• Proven experience in technical vulnerability or exposure management.
• Expertise in building and maturing security programs with scalable processes.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and exposure prioritization.
• Experience managing remediation ownership and accountability across teams.

• Skilled in developing security metrics and reporting for stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Exposure Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will own the operating model for exposure management, guiding how security findings are intake, prioritized, tracked, and closed across the enterprise. The role is focused on building scalable processes that improve visibility into risk, strengthen remediation accountability, and support effective decision-making. In partnership with technical teams and business stakeholders, this leader will help translate security requirements into practical execution and measurable outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually
