Job summary

Fidelity National Financial, a leading provider of title insurance and settlement services, seeks a Director, Exposure Operations. You will design and run the exposure lifecycle across infrastructure, applications, identity, and attack surfaces, driving risk-based remediation and measurable reductions.

Reporting to the VP, Security Platforms & Exposure Management, you will build governance, roadmaps, and analytics, partner with engineering, and lead cross-functional teams to mature the operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in vulnerability exposure management within large organizations.
• Ability to translate security needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Strong analytics and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the exposure management operating model, including analysis, remediation tracking, and validation.
• Design end-to-end exposure lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Set processes for findings across infrastructure, applications, identity, and attack surfaces.
• Build and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligning governance, metrics, and technology requirements with security objectives.
• Establish remediation governance and accountability across technology and business teams.
• Define validation workflows to confirm remediation effectiveness and exposure reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize platform enhancements and automation.
• Produce exposure analytics and executive reporting on risk and program progress.
