Job summary

Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B Corp™ in Los Angeles is seeking a Director or Associate Director of Experiential + Client Experience to lead the US new business effort. This hands-on, client-facing role focuses on inbound briefs and RFPs, shaping strategic responses, coordinating pitch teams and ensuring every proposal is compelling and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• 6+ years agency experience in experiential or related field.
• Experience with luxury, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to lead strategic responses to briefs and pitches.
• Excellent client-facing and senior-presentations skills.
• Strong production knowledge: feasibility, timing, budgets.
• Capable of developing profitable budgets and scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound briefs and RFPs from start to handover.
• Run discovery calls and translate client ambitions into direction.
• Shape pitch narratives with creative and production teams.
• Manage tight RFP timelines for polished responses.
• Identify venues, partners and talent to strengthen proposals.
• Review strategic, creative and production elements before submission.
• Lead handover to delivery after winning work.
• Mentor the Experiential Coordinator in Los Angeles.
• Pursue new opportunities aligned with agency positioning.
