Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Executive Talent Experiences to reimagine how senior leaders are developed and enabled. You will design and orchestrate high-impact experiences that help executives change how they lead, make decisions, and scale impact across the organization.

You will shape strategies for executive talent experiences, design AI-enabled development, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in leadership behavior and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive development, leadership development, talent management, or related fields.
• Ability to design learning for senior/executive populations with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of executive leadership, talent strategy, and organizational dynamics.
• Exceptional executive presence and credibility with C-suite and senior leaders.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy for executive talent experiences aligned to business strategy.
• Design distinctive, high-impact experiences for executives that drive measurable leadership changes.
• Translate priorities into targeted development experiences, interventions, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Reimagine development beyond traditional courses with experiences, coaching, and simulations.
• Partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to understand needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Prepare leaders for transitions, onboarding, and major organizational changes.
• Establish principles for responsible, high-quality use of AI in executive talent experiences.
