Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Director, Executive Talent Experiences to reimagine how senior leaders grow, learn, and lead in an AI-enabled organization. You will design experiences that span executive development, talent strategy, and organizational change, partnering with executives, chiefs of staff, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver personalized, high-impact leadership journeys.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in executive development, leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design experiences that change behavior and create organizational impact.
• Strong executive presence with ability to build trust with C-suite leaders.
• Curiosity about AI and the future of work with willingness to experiment.

Responsibilities
