Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Manager, Executive Business Partners to lead and grow the team supporting Mercury's leaders. You will also back one or two executives and partner with senior leaders to anticipate needs, balance priorities, and drive high-impact outcomes.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows as core to executive support in 2026, building scalable systems, coverage planning, talent development, and a culture of trust across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Executive Assistants or Executive Business Partners in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to deploy AI-driven workflows to improve team leverage.
• Experience partnering with VP- and C-suite leaders and a strong point of view on excellent AI-forward executive support.
• Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and adaptability in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Mercury's Executive Business Partners.
• Shape how executive support works at Mercury by establishing operating principles and best practices.
• Advance AI as a core part of the team's operations and rollout AI tools and workflows.
• Own coverage and capacity planning across Mercury's executives.
• Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders while supporting the EB Partners.
• Build for scale by refining systems, processes, and team rhythms including AI-enabled automation.
• Create connection and context across the EB Partner team and functions.
