McKesson Corporation in Texas is seeking an experienced Director, Payroll Executive Compensation to lead the Executive Compensation and U.S. Payroll functions.

You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll operations, drive process improvements, and develop a high-performing team aligned with business priorities. The role partners with HR, Finance, IT, Tax, and Audit to deliver an exceptional employee experience, manage payroll-related risk, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience in a large, fast-paced environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing executive and expatriate payroll.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive payroll activities, including MIP payments, RSU vesting, and deferred compensation.
• Oversee payroll operations and integrations across timekeeping, HR, benefits, and systems.
• Drive payroll process improvements, controls, and system efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and audit readiness.
