Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director, Compensation in Livingston, NJ to own executive compensation end to end. You will prepare Compensation Committee materials, partner with an independent consultant, and lead a team that manages offer strategy, retention initiatives, and broad-based compensation programs.

You’ll advise executive leaders, design incentive plans, and ensure governance across global pay programs with strong cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HRBP teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field is required.
• Experience preparing Compensation Committee and Board materials and partnering with an independent compensation consultant.
• Proven ability to design and deploy compensation programs at scale with clear communication.
• Deep fluency in base pay, short- and long-term incentives, and equity vehicles and related accounting/tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Own executive compensation end to end, including program design and benchmarking.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and align with independent consultant.
• Lead a team supporting offers, retention, and governance of broad-based programs.
• Build analytics and governance for compensation, including SOX-aligned controls.
