Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for mass excavation and grading projects across multiple sites.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, budgets, and execution to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee field operations, equipment utilization, and production rates to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and crews, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications
