Responsibilities

• Define service product roadmap and portfolio management, translating market data into requirements.
• Lead portfolio strategy, including requirements, roadmap, value proposition and ROI.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value and differentiation.
• Develop customer-facing communications and operating cadence for roadmap execution.
• Drive account growth with field, sales, engineering, marketing and service ops.
• Own analytics including service growth forecasting, penetration, and margin performance.
