S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Director to lead credit analysis for esoteric asset-backed structures, guiding a team of analysts and shaping rating outcomes. You will drive forward-looking insights across non-traditional collateral, leveraging AI, analytics, and automation while maintaining strong judgment and governance.

In this senior role, you will influence market stakeholders, manage complex workflows, and ensure rigorous risk controls.

Competenze

Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, credit analysis or related fields.
Experience mentoring colleagues and/or managing small teams with accountability for AI adoption.
Strong credit expertise and ability to deliver high-quality analytical output across a multi-asset portfolio.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end credit and capital markets analysis across esoteric asset classes, delivering forward-looking insights for ratings and committee discussions.
Serve as SME on cash flow analysis, transaction structures, and ratings criteria; guide junior team members.
Build and maintain relationships with issuers, investors, and market participants; contribute to thought leadership and external engagements.
Maintain disciplined portfolio risk oversight and governance over AI and automated outputs.
