Job summary

SRS Acquiom Inc. in Denver, CO, seeks an Escrow and Payment Solutions Director to own the client experience from kickoff through closing and post-closing administration.

You will coordinate with attorneys, CFOs, the Operations team, and other internal groups to ensure accurate timing and amounts across escrow and paying services. This cross-functional, deadline-driven role requires sound judgment, privacy, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in M&A, banking, law and/or finance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Granular knowledge of payment processes (e.g., know-your-customer requirements, ACH/wire payments).
• Strong understanding of M&A environment and ability to explain benefits of SRSA’s services.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for clients throughout the life of a deal.
• Quarterbacks pre-closing solicitation, payment, and escrow transactions across internal teams.
• Develops and maintains deep product and systems knowledge to guide clients as subject-matter expert.
