Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation Program Management to guide a large ERP implementation and related business transformations in our Portfolio & Project Management organization. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership to align technology priorities with business goals.

You will oversee planning, governance, change management, and readiness across Finance, Procurement, Data, Technology, and Operations, partnering with executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, IT, finance, accounting, or engineering.
• 12+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• 7+ years in enterprise ERP implementations and transformational programs.
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar programs across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for a multi-year transformation program and ERP implementation.
• Lead integrated planning, governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Drive organizational change, business readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with executive sponsors, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to align objectives.
