Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Twelve (12) or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology, business systems/operations support or relevant experience required.
• Five (5) or more years of directly managing professional staff required.
• Proven experience supporting ERP systems, master data governance, business controls, or regulatory reporting highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Support function, ensuring systems, data, reporting, and support services effectively enable Finance, Supply Chain, and EBS operations.
• Establish governance, standards, and operating practices that support compliant, efficient, and scalable business operations.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Supply Chain, EBS Process Owners, and IT on priorities and capabilities.
• Provide oversight of financial and procurement systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Govern business system enhancements, access management, security roles, and application ownership responsibilities.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, government reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with Internal Audit, Compliance, and IT to mitigate risks.
