Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing data and building visualizations.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate) required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads data analytics and visualization development for MPL teams.
• Owns metrics and KPIs within MPL's Operational Excellence framework.
• Develops strategic dashboards and data-driven goals across MPL.
• Manages the FSP budget liaison and supports fleet budgeting.
• Acquires, cleans, and prepares data from multiple sources for accuracy.
• Creates dashboards, reports, and communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Ensures data quality through audits and governance initiatives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.
