Job summary

Elanco in Indianapolis seeks an Advisor, US Launch Excellence & Global PCAP Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team, drive US launch readiness, and oversee the global PCAP process. You will coordinate with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant product launches worldwide.

Ideal candidates have a Veterinary background, PMP certification, and at least 5 years in product-launch roles, with travel up to 10%.
