Origis Energy is seeking a Director Project Development to join our Austin team. This role focuses on developing and managing projects in the ERCOT market, requiring extensive market knowledge and experience in solar project development.

As a strategic leader, you will collaborate with multiple teams, drive project successes, and represent the company at key meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and be adept at managing relationships across teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in solar development or finance.
• Deep understanding of U.S. utility-scale solar and energy storage.
• Experience in public presentations and guiding development relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project permitting and guide projects through LGIA execution.
• Collaborate with teams to develop annual project goals.
• Evaluate transmission grids for ideal project locations.
