Job summary

Pathward is seeking a senior leader to drive credit metrics, supervise a team of analysts, and manage risk across an Alternative Energy Portfolio. You will integrate internal and external data, adhere to standards, and develop strategies for workout scenarios while reporting portfolio performance to stakeholders.

You will also guide policy development, coordinate with Collections, Legal, and Asset Management to resolve delinquencies and supervise monitoring and reporting functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in banking or finance with portfolio/credit experience.
• Experience with workout strategies and risk ratings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activity of credit and portfolio teams.
• Manage credit monitoring scorecards and approval levels.
• Develop department policies and ensure risk ratings are updated.
• Collaborate with Collections, Asset Management, and Legal on troubled accounts.
• Prepare Adverse Assets reports and portfolio trend analyses.
• Work with Data Analytics to produce portfolio reports.
• Interpret customer documentation and respond to audits.
