You will oversee daily operations, staff development, audits, training, and vendor contracts, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary facility per healthcare standards.
• Directs environmental services operations including housekeeping, waste, and linen management.
• Conducts audits to ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Delivers training on cleaning protocols, infection control, safety, and customer service.
• Oversees vendor contracts for supplies, equipment, and waste management.
• Manages linen inventory, handling, and cost controls.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with policies.
• Provides leadership, mentorship, scheduling, evaluations, and development for staff.
• Partners with hospital leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Oversees quality assurance, accreditation processes, and regulatory adherence.
• Coordinates collaboration across departments and communicates with stakeholders.
