Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA and a minimum of five years of managerial experience in an institutional setting, preferably in a hospital, required.
• Executive housekeeping certification preferred.
• Experience in linen distribution systems in hospital environment necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitors overall operations of Environmental (Housekeeping) and Linen Services Departments.
• Develops and implements processes to improve infection control practices as they relate to Environmental and Linen Services.
• Establishes and monitors productivity standards and trains Environmental and Linen Services personnel to maintain sanitary standards.
• Creates a clean, safe, attractive environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
• Ensures adherence to the Corporate Compliance Policy.
