Responsibilities

• Provides daily work direction and guidance to Environmental Services team members.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews work activities to ensure quality and completion.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing adjustments to meet operational needs.
• Onboards, trains, and coaches staff and handles onboarding and performance discussions.
• Liaises with clinical staff, patients, and other departments to promote smooth operations.
• Maintains adherence to safety and departmental procedures; monitors equipment use.
