Job summary

CarolinaEast Health System seeks a seasoned Environmental Services leader to oversee Housekeeping and Linen Services operations. You will develop infection-control processes, train staff, and ensure sanitary standards across patient areas, while maintaining a clean, safe hospital environment.

The role emphasizes productivity metrics, policy adherence, and delivering excellent service to patients, visitors, and staff within a large health system known for quality care.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and a minimum of five years of managerial experience in an institutional setting, preferably in a hospital, required.
• Executive housekeeping certification preferred.
• Experience in linen distribution systems in hospital environment necessary.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
