Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced senior leader to direct enterprise technology operations within the Technology & Innovation group. You will establish strategy, governance, and financial planning for the department while guiding managers and teams to deliver initiatives meeting performance, security, and compliance standards.

You’ll drive collaboration with business stakeholders to mature delivery models and create value across projects and the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
12-14 years of experience in enterprise technology.
Experience leading managers and overseeing cross-functional technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

Directs department technology strategy and roadmap aligned with T&I and company priorities.
Oversees department portfolio governance, prioritization, and project execution standards.
Manages department-level budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Leads vendor governance, contract oversight, and renewal planning.
Leads talent strategy, performance management, coaching, and compensation for managers.
Collaborates with T&I leaders to identify interdependencies and shared delivery opportunities.
Ensures adherence to data governance and security requirements across the department.
