Job summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director, External Manufacturing Regulatory Compliance Oversight to lead enterprise-level compliance across the External Manufacturing network, providing independent oversight, risk visibility, and escalation leadership for inspection readiness and supplier oversight.
As a member of the IMRC Leadership Team, you will partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Procurement to align platform and enterprise priorities, advance a proactive governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in regulatory compliance and external manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-level External Manufacturing compliance oversight.
- Provide independent risk visibility and governance across partners and platforms.
- Oversee inspection readiness, CAPA governance, and remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Procurement to align priorities.
- Drive a proactive, enterprise-connected compliance model.
