Job summary

Strive Inc in the United States is seeking a Director, Enterprise Technology to build and lead a new technology function. You will run secure, day-to-day operations for a public company with significant Bitcoin reserves and identify technologies to move Strive forward.

The role heavily focuses on IT, security, and MSP oversight, with a strong emphasis on AI adoption, policy enforcement, and regulatory readiness. The position is remote with periodic travel to Dallas headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT/cybersecurity leadership with hands-on experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building IT/security programs in regulated environments.
• Public company/financial services exposure is a plus.
• Ability to communicate risks and priorities to finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own IT, security, compliance, and MSP oversight for a public company.
• Lead SOX IT general controls, access, change management, and audits.
• Standardize IT processes and policy enforcement with Legal/Compliance.
• Pilot and deploy AI and emerging tech to improve operations.
• Lead end-to-end technology operations and incident response.
• Travel periodically to Dallas HQ as needed.
