Job summary

LAKE is seeking a Director, Enterprise Systems & Data to lead the technology foundation that supports the brand. You will own NetSuite as the system of record, drive the technology roadmap, and shape data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and scalable analytics.

The role sits at the crossroads of technology, operations, and business strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable, future-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture in DTC or omnichannel retail.
• Demonstrated experience owning a data infrastructure layer.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and day-to-day health of LAKE's core enterprise systems, with NetSuite as the system of record.
• Define LAKE's multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Define data architecture strategy including warehousing and reporting infrastructure for scalable analytics.
• Lead middleware and integration architecture to keep workflows structured and maintainable.
• Lead evaluation and selection of new technology platforms with attention to integration complexity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Develop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts to support evolving processes.
• Monitor system performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead system upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Provide technical oversight to vendors and contractors.
• Establish documentation, SOPs, and best practices; train internal users.

You will serve as the steward of our enterprise technology ecosystem, with responsibility for NetSuite, systems integrations, data architecture, reporting infrastructure, and the technology decisions that support our brand vision.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts that support evolving business processes.
• Proactively monitor system performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly and precisely.
• Lead system upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical oversight to external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
• Establish and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices; train and support internal users.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture within a DTC or omnichannel retail environment
• Demonstrated experience designing or owning a data infrastructure layer
• Deep NetSuite expertise, including workflows, SuiteScript, saved searches, and system configuration
• Strong experience designing and managing integrations using Celigo or similar iPaaS tools
• Hands on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
• Prior experience defining architectural standards or technical roadmaps
• Strong diagnostic, debugging, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
