Stealth Talent Solutions seeks an hands-on Senior Data Architect to own the technical strategy for data and systems across a major transformation, including NetSuite ERP and new platforms. You will shape the data estate architecture, govern integration standards, and sign off on migration sequencing.
You will also write and review code at the boundaries, build the data assurance layer, and establish a scalable ownership model for data surfaces.
Hands-on leadership role owning the technical strategy for how data and systems fit together at our client through a major systems transformation (NetSuite ERP across three regional go-lives, new merchandise planning platform, later PLM). Owns the architecture of the data estate (analytics warehouse, operational data hub beneath NetSuite, and the boundary between them), defines integration patterns/contracts/standards so each new system lands against an existing framework, and holds architectural sign-off on migration sequencing. Sets architecture and also writes code — particularly integration, validation, and monitoring code at the boundaries. Builds the assurance layer (monitoring, reconciliation tolerances, alerting) and the certified data core, establishes the support/ownership model for every technical surface (including Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse layers currently built by an implementation partner), and moves data delivery from an ad hoc request queue toward discoverable, documented data products. Leads the data engineering team (one existing engineer plus one open requisition) and is the senior technical partner to implementation partners, business stakeholders, and the Global Technology Director. Reports to the Global Technology Director.
Newly created leadership seat to own data architecture and the integration/platform layer through our clients systems transformation (NetSuite ERP across three regional go-lives, a new merchandise planning platform, and later PLM).
