Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, MBA, PhD, or MD with 8+ years.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, or finance.
• Working knowledge of Gilead's portfolio, business model, and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to inform enterprise priorities and decisions.
• Develop strategic frameworks and executive-ready perspectives on key issues.
• Support corporate strategy development and scenario planning.
• Lead strategic workstreams, define scope, and set priorities.
• Develop execution plans, governance approaches, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting outcomes.
• Drive delivery by mitigating issues and maintaining momentum.
• Partner across functions to advance initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with executives and diverse audiences.
• Promote enterprise-first thinking and high-quality decision-making.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses, presentations, and recommendations.
• Support leadership discussions and offsites with clear insights.
