Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 12+ years.
• Significant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Gilead's portfolio, business model, and strategic context.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Strategy & Insights: Advise on high-priority enterprise issues and lead strategic frameworks and scenarios.
• Strategic Initiatives & Execution: Own complex enterprise initiatives and establish governance for execution.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Align leaders across functions and drive enterprise-wide decisions.
