Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Management Director to own the offer portfolio for security, interoperability and monitoring services such as Rimini Protect, Rimini Connect and Rimini Watch.

This remote U.S.-based role reports to the GVP, Product Management, Optimize Pillar and collaborates with Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders. You will drive lifecycle management, go-to-market activities, and governance across regions, ensuring the services are

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise security domains including on-premise Oracle/SAP environments
• 5+ years in Product Management or Services Management for global B2B organizations
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct reports
• Strong analytical and operational rigor with ability to define metrics and drive improvement

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of offers from definition through launch, adoption and retirement across Rimini Protect, Rimini Connect and Rimini Watch
• Drive go-to-market activities and adoption of services for Global Large and Enterprise B2B customers
• Provide governance and cross-functional leadership across marketing, sales, finance, deal desk, and product/tech teams
