This onsite leadership role requires managing teams, budgets, vendors, and major technology initiatives. The position focuses on improving security, reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience, with hands-on

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT and information security with 3+ years people management.
• Hands-on security for large AWS or Azure environments and hybrid infra.
• Experience building AI-powered dashboards and automations with AI APIs.
• Governance, risk, and compliance leadership with audits and remediation.
• Broad infra, networks, IAM, and site reliability experience.
• Service delivery leadership including Help Desk and enterprise apps.
• Incident response and root cause analysis for outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Enterprise Security organizations across cloud and on-prem.
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance activities and policy creation.
• Direct AI adoption, dashboards, automations, and integrations enterprise-wide.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure availability, SLAs, and positive employee experience.
