About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director who will work to prospect, nurture, demo, and close enterprise dealership groups. This role will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, but work cross-functionally with all teams.
This role requires a highly detailed-oriented, technical individual with a strong belief that exceptional digital experiences can meaningfully improve the consumer experience. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and able to identify and drive forward initiatives big-and-small.
In this job, you can expect to:
Drive revenue by prospecting and closing new enterprise dealership groups
Exceed sales targets with confidence and consistency
Demo the Motive platform—whether in person or via virtual meeting
Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealer group executives
Contribute to a culture of excellence, supporting and mentoring teammates

We are looking for someone who has/is:
Evidence of exceptional ability
5+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts in automotive
A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets
Ready to travel up to 50% as needed
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 of base salary with OTE of $320,000
This pay scale is inclusive of various prerequisites and levels of proficiency, and will be further narrowed throughout the interview process.
Your compensation will additionally include meaningful stock option compensation.
Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' and 50% of dependents’ health, dental, and vision insurance premiums.
Work Location: Remote, but must be by a regional or international airport
While Motive is headquartered in Oklahoma City, our team is fully distributed across the US. We have work hubs in North Carolina, Burlington Vermont, Chicago, Oklahoma City, and Seattle. We are currently accepting applications from all US states.
