Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of professional experience with risk management, compliance management, audit or utility operations management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop strong teams.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations with managers and staff.
• Analytical and risk assessment skills with an emphasis on practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and decide on risk management issues by identifying, measuring and managing operational and enterprise risks.
• Manage enterprise-wide risk management programs to ensure effective risk control.
• Assess property loss control needs and develop action plans to enhance loss prevention.
• Lead enterprise risk and operational management programs and prepare materials for senior management and the Board.
• Prepare complex documents (plans, budgets, reports, analyses) to document activities and meet compliance requirements.
• Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to assets, earnings, or success of the organization.
• Produce reports and presentations outlining findings, outlining risk positions, and recommending changes.
