Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our ERM framework. You will proactively identify, assess, and manage enterprise risks, partnering with executive leaders, governance bodies, and Board committees to embed risk thinking in strategy and capital decisions.

The role requires strategic leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to communicate risk inside the organization while driving practical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance or business administration.
• 10 years experience in risk management and consulting or public accounting.
• 5 years leadership experience.
• CRM/CRMA/ARM or CPA.
• In lieu of degree, 12+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of enterprise risk management and support throughout the organization to achieve business objectives and strategies.
• Promote organization-wide understanding of enterprise risks and risk management strategies.
• Lead ORSA process, including facilitation of enterprise risk assessment, stress testing, and annual ORSA report.
